By accessing the JPEF 2026 website and registering for the 14th Annual Global Diabetes Convention, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Registration and Payments

All attendees must complete the official registration process:

• Registration is only confirmed upon full realization of payment.
• All fees are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by the organizing committee in writing.
• If applicable, cancellation requests must be submitted within the specified timeframe. Refunds will be processed according to our official cancellation policy.

3. Event Conduct

JPEF 2026 is dedicated to providing a professional, safe, and respectful environment for all delegates, speakers, and sponsors. Any form of harassment, disruption of sessions, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate expulsion from the convention without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials presented at the convention, including slides, documents, and videos, are the intellectual property of the respective speakers and JPEF. Unauthorized recording, broadcasting, or commercial distribution of these materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure the accuracy of schedules and speaker lineups, the organizers reserve the right to make changes due to unforeseen circumstances. JPEF shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the event.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Trivandrum, Kerala.
